When will my order ship?

Most orders are prepared within 1–3 business days. A custom or made-to-order product may have a different timeline on its product page. We email you when your order ships.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Within 1 hour of paying, you can cancel an order for a full refund from your account or the Start a Return page. After 1 hour, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded before delivery. If you change your mind, please request a return once your order arrives.

US standard shipping is free when the merchandise total is $50 or more. Other shipping rates depend on your address and are shown before you pay.

My tracking has not updated. What should I do?

Tracking can take time to update after the first carrier scan. If the package seems significantly delayed or is marked delivered but missing, contact us with your order number and tracking details.

Can I return an item?

You can request a return within 30 days of delivery for an unworn item in its original condition and packaging. Worn pierced earrings cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. See the Start a Return page for all conditions.

How do I start a return?

Go to the Start a Return page, enter your order number and checkout email (or choose Start a return next to the order in your account), select the items and a reason within 30 days of delivery. You can also email support@oravva.com. Wait for return instructions and an address before sending the item.

Contact us as soon as you notice the issue, ideally within 7 days, with your order number and photos. We will review it and arrange an appropriate remedy.
