Refund & Return Policy

Returns

Unworn items in their original condition and packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. For hygiene reasons, pierced earrings cannot be returned once worn.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days with a photo of the issue. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund.

Wrong Item

If you received the wrong item, contact us and we will ship the correct item at no extra cost.

Refund Processing

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
